In each of these 4 sections, you will find the 16 sub-areas. For each sub-area there are a range of resources. Use these to help you understand the area in greater detail and act upon it.
For example, your surveys may reveal that your employees feel there is a lack of team cooperation. Underneath the Cognitive section, is a selection of resources dedicated to helping teams cooperate.
