Why share reports?
Giving access to the reports and analysis areas of the product will allow your managers, directors and consultants to understand precisely what is going on in individual teams or areas of the business.
The process is very straightforward. Once a survey is open you can select a report and share it with multiple people with a few clicks. Each person has to register to create their own account through which they have access to the reports.
Steps to share a report
- First run the report you would like to share.
- Press SHARE REPORT
- Next enter the email address of the first person you would like to share the report with and press "Share".
Once you have shared the report with all the people you want to go back to the "Reports" page and choose the next report you want to share.
As you add people you can see all the shares relating to this specific report. Pressing 'Delete' will remove access for that particular person.
If you click on "Report share overview" you get a list of ALL report shares where again you can revoke access to a specific share.
You can also keep up to date with who has and has not accessed the reports and send reminders too.
