Scheduling your survey is simple, just follow the steps below. Before doing so, make sure you first add people to your account.
- Click on the Surveys menu heading.
- Click the 'Click to Create a new survey' button.
- Give your survey a name, enter your company name, select a start date and time, and duration (1 week is recommended for an initial trial).
- Select both the check boxes for the optional questions, but leave the final 'include custom questions(s)' empty.
- Pick the email notifications to include. If you've already let your people know a survey is coming, then just include auto reminders and the thank you email.
- Once you're done, click 'Save & select people'.
- On the next page, select all people to survey via the check box to the left of their name. Then click 'Save & confirm scheduling'.
- The final step simply confirms when your survey will be sent and to whom. Click 'Send my Survey' to complete the process.
- That's it, your survey invites will be emailed on the date and time specified. Once live, it's then easy to monitor survey progress.
