Before sending a survey, you first need to add the name and email address of each person you wish to survey. There are two ways to add people, either line by line or via Excel import. As your first survey is likely to be to a small number of people we will add line by line.
- Click on the People menu heading.
- Click the 'Add People' button. In the large text area, type the email address and name of the first person, separated by a comma, i.e. firstname.lastname@example.org, Your Name. Press enter, and repeat for each person.
- With an initial trial you can add up to 10 people, when you are finished click the 'Add' button.
- If you click on the People menu heading again, you'll now see your entries listed in the table.
- Now you're ready to schedule your first survey.
